Please call the Attorney General’s office TODAY!

Lack of Voter Confidence!
This will make two years in a row that the Town Clerk has produced two (2) different “Official Absentee Ballots”.

This time last year, voters discovered during the counting of the ballots that there were two “official” ballots and several different count totals. During the election, several voters and checkers of the check-list noted a Selectman opening the absentee ballots and placing them in the machine without following the proper voter certification of the checklist process.

Can you say, “rigged”?

The last election to decide on the withdrawal of the SAU 38 was also flawed. The officials proclaimed that only one person voted against. This was not correct! A recount was requested.

Can you say, “rigged”?

Again, this election – several recipients of the absentee ballots were notified by the Town Clerk that the “Official Absentee Ballot” that they original received in the mail were no longer valid. They needed to fill out a new ballot with Frank Amarosa III under the Thayer Library’s one-year term. You ask, “…how legal is this?” This is NOT LEGAL. Ballots sent out by the Town have to be counted. Once the ballot has been printed and sent out, it cannot be changed!

They were notified just five days before the Tuesday, March 8th, Election Day. For those voters living out of state, there will NOT be sufficient time to insure that they receive and return the new ballots in time for the elections. However, according to RSA 659:46 the Town is required by law to count the original ballot. Are the counting all of the Absentee Ballots?

Can you say, “rigged”?

It is the opinion of this website that our town officials lack the ethics and integrity to run a fair and honest election. Our confidence in the election process no longer exists!

We ask that all of you take a few minutes today and please contact:

Attorney General's
Toll Free Election Line:

Ask them to fully investigate this matter and have a representative from their office at the polls on Tuesday to insure a fair and equal election process.  Let them know you no longer have their vote of confidence. Please follow the links below for further information -

For those individuals that received a new ballot, it is essential that you call the Attorney General's office immediately.

So this is how they get "their" candidates elected each year by stuffing absentee ballots into the machine to insure a win. No wonder we can't vote them out unless the whole darn town turns out and they know that's not going to happen.

Here is a question . Is it legal to have election signs on town owned property? I always thought it was not, but im not sure the exact rule on this can anybody help me?

This isn’t shocking or surprising. Just another example of the liars and cheats covering up, falsifying records and then doing it again. Look at the police dept. (That’s probably where they got half their ideas from. And that’s probably why they keep getting caught.)

What these “leaders” running our town don’t get is that they are being watched and there are people who aren’t going to sit back and watch and let them do as they please.

Like common thugs and criminals, eventually they will get caught.

To lose an election fairly is fair. To lose an election by manipulation or by rigging the votes, well that is just plain illegal.

One day the people of Winchester will wake up and when they feel a good swift kick in their *&%$ not one of them will be able to say they never saw it coming.

Hopefully a federal case will be made and come out of the BS that has gone on in this town. Then we might get some relief.

I vote why don't you? said...

The State is so busy with many cases of election fraud that just like last year nothing will get done. We have too many liars at town hall that cover up everything they do and too many employees who will look the other way for fear of losing their cushy jobs. We need voter turnout if anything is ever going to change in this town and we all know too few care enough to vote and the others just don't give a rats azz.

Actually, we called the Secretary of State to deal with this immediately! The Attorney General IS too busy.

Here's the puzzler though - Jim claimed to Bill that there was only ten (10) absentee ballots that he would have to hand count. Do you believe that one?

If as Jim says there are only 10 absentee ballots out, why the big deal to have new ones made? I think there's more than they are letting on and this needs to be investigated.
A simple phone call to the printer would verify how many were printed each time. Does anyone know who they use to print the ballots?
