I hope people wake up and realize voting for the same people year after year has gotten us nowhere and has been a big factor in why Winchester has numerous problems. It's time we seriously consider voting in new people and giving them and their ideas a chance to straighten this town out.

2. YES! For less taxes
3. Do you want the road paved or not (how many benefit)?
4. Another mandate that allows the BOS to tweak the property taxes later
5. Has the Town even paid into this since 2006?
6. If they can afford FIREWORKS the night before, do they really need extra money?
7. Stuck doing this every year.
8. This only makes last year’s warrant article legal
9. Baby boomers – what do you think? Do you want to wait 9 more years for a discount on your taxes?
10. No, they have the money in Trust
11. Not this year (no one has money).
12. Again, Is there a generous donor out there that can help?
13. Really? They built it & now they want us to cover their insurance expenses?
14. Do you want an industry built on the town’s water supply, next to the school and cemetery and in your back yard? Isn’t Plumb Pak enough?
15. This will legalize the farm animals on Route 10.

Just an FYI on the article to finish the Old Westport Road. Don't forget the road at that end was closed for a long time for the new bridge to be done and in that time the rest of the road beyond the bridge returned to grass, etc. This road is also the secondary Emergency exit road for the town if Route 10 is closed. It needs to be finished.

Will Brian Moser have his "Explain The Ballot" at the VFW?

This bridge washed out along with Verry Brook when Beaver Dam Gus Ruth's beaver dam broke costing the town thousands.

I'M betting that Mr. Moser will take the year off do to lack of interest on the part of the Winchester voters. If anyone had shone up at the two deliberative meetings, we might have something to discuss.

How much do you want to bet that the voting turn out is as small as the deliberative turn out?

Just a thought! said...

With Bob Davis being discussed with the Winchester voter turn out, means John Pasquarelli will get elected. John will make a great addition to the selectmen team. It will be day all of Winchester citizen can be prod of. Prod of the fact it has the lower turn out in the state

So, what does the NEW ballot look like?

When is Jim's term up? said...

Just noticed something odd -
under the Planning Board...shouldn't Jennifer Bellan be at the bottom of the list and not the top?

Jim - you really need to proof read before sending to the printers.
