Where in the BOS minutes is it mentioned about the rant and rave of Beaver Dam Gus Ruth over someone from the budget committee reviewing his property tax inventory sheet at the town hall. How come that didn’t make the BOS minutes. What do you think Uncle Gus, are you above the rules? Have you heard of “right to know”? Ask John Stetser! How did you get such a huge abatement for your property? Why are the other selectmen making you move your sawmill from your currant use land? Why is it the “friends of Gus” “F.O.G” like Roberta, Beamans get larger abatements then the rest of the citizens? Inquiring minds need to know!

Since she came to town most information has dried up, minutes have been taken down and are always months behind if put up at all. We have become a Nazi state with Kaiser Morel in charge. She is one main source of frustration at town hall that needs to be replaced by warrant if necessary.

I am part of a group of Winchester citizens completely opposed to dirty and hazardous businesses, like asphalt and wood burning plants wanting to come into town at the expense of our quality of life. I am concerned about preserving the rural character of Winchester. These types of development have no benefits for Winchester citizens and they create many health hazards and will cause the destruction of green space. Our Winchester is known for its precious natural resources; dramatic rocky slopes, unique wetlands and abundant wildlife. I feel there are many questions concerning these proposed projects that outweigh any benefits. The increase in traffic along existing streets and noise and air pollution would be very significant. I am also concerned that the town infrastructure cannot cope with the problems these types of businesses will demand. Furthermore, I am very discouraged with the Planning Board and Zoning Boards and feel they have been negligent in their duties to protect neighboring residents from health hazards and safety issues that will surely arise and affect the lives and livelihoods of many citizens.

Boy, no one could see that coming!
The Sportsmen can't afford the boat landing on Forest Lake, so the ConCom is now going to purchase it and have the town take it over....
It won't be long and the ConCom will have the entire town purchased. Just kidding!

Why didn't Joan tell Mr. Whippie that she can't be bothered to do that? She probably thinks he's the only one that looks.
