PIPELINE SURVEY FOR AFFECTED LANDOWNERS and RESIDENTS

From: Winchester Pipeline Awareness <winchesterpipelineawareness@gmail.com>

  Many will meet the criteria for this short survey.

We will need this information to prove harm if we are unable to stop the pipeline.
Affected landowners on NED are undertaking a Needs Assessment to determine how best to meet the needs of the property owners directly impacted by the NED project. We encourage all affected landowners anywhere along the NED in MA, NH and NY to take a few minutes to complete the Needs Assessment survey.

For the purpose of this Needs Assessment, we are using the FERC definition of directly impacted property owner as follows:
* Is directly affected (i.e., crossed or used) by the proposed activity, including all facility sites (including compressor stations, valve & meter stations, and all above-ground facilities), rights of way, access roads, pipe and contractor yards, and temporary workspace;
* Abuts either side of an existing right-of-way or facility site owned in fee by any utility company, or abuts the edge of a proposed facility site or right-of-way which runs along a property line in the area in which the facilities would be constructed, or contains a residence within 50 feet of the proposed construction work area; or,
* Is within one-half mile of proposed compressors or their enclosures or LNG facilities;
The Needs Assessment survey is available at this link and will take less than 5 minutes to fill out:

Kinder Morgan has filed with the MA DPU for survey access on about 450 properties in MA. Hearings on this request begin at the end of March. In order to get timely and useful information about this DPU process to affected landowners, please complete this Needs Assessment as soon as possible, preferably by March 15th.

Thanks for your help in spreading the word about the impacted landowner on the NED project NEEDS ASSESSMENT.
