Thank you for posting the minutes of this meeting and making it available for us to read. I have no clue as to why when you go on the town's web site the print is so tiny. Those of us that do uploads might suggest that perhaps they selectmen(women) or Ms. Morel do not want us to know what is going on. People you might want to challenge the minutes as who knows what is going on if we can't read it. Food for thought. Oh-perhaps Maggie took the minutes and they are skewed.
They get vaguer and vaguer every time they publish them. Almost makes you wonder why they bother, although they sure made sure everyone got their opinions regarding Mrs. Gordon over that planning board silliness. They should have removed the ones that started that crap and been done with it. I guess they don't care about informing us on how and why they spend our money
I agree their public condemnation of Kim Gordon was way out of line as she obviously did not violate any laws or rules of procedure. They just had to make sure they backed Margaret's play. They all need to resign for their childish behavior. They might not like the fact that someone in this town has integrity and follows the rules clearly showing them up, but to publicly crucify her in their minutes hopefully will result in some lawsuits and we'll be rid of these morons once and for all.
Don't think they ever stopped to think that Mrs. Gordon may have been elected because many people wanted to stop this good O boy alliance. We need more Mrs. Gordon's.

I am part of a group of Winchester citizens completely opposed to dirty and hazardous businesses, like asphalt and wood burning plants wanting to come into town at the expense of our quality of life. I am concerned about preserving the rural character of Winchester. These types of development have no benefits for Winchester citizens and they create many health hazards and will cause the destruction of green space. Our Winchester is known for its precious natural resources; dramatic rocky slopes, unique wetlands and abundant wildlife. I feel there are many questions concerning these proposed projects that outweigh any benefits. The increase in traffic along existing streets and noise and air pollution would be very significant. I am also concerned that the town infrastructure cannot cope with the problems these types of businesses will demand. Furthermore, I am very discouraged with the Planning Board and Zoning Boards and feel they have been negligent in their duties to protect neighboring residents from health hazards and safety issues that will surely arise and affect the lives and livelihoods of many citizens.

You're welcome and for those having an issue reading tiny print, click your mouse on each page "twice" ..
Why those we have elected continue to make it hard to get public information is something we really all need to think about come next election.
